The nursery of Cactus and Tropicals is founded at the base of Wasatch Mountains. The founder of the nursery was Lorraine Miller. She had a huge passion to plant and decided that she wanted to share her knowledge and passion by building the nursery in the 1975. Now, there are two Cactus and tropicals. The nurseries are located in Draper and Salt Lake City. Wasatch Mountains is known to be one of the most beautiful area of Utah. The Cactus and Tropicals has become more than just a nursery as it has become the standard of beauty, reasonable value as well as creativity. The nursery provides outdoor plants, indoor plants, accessories for home and gardens, plant maintenance services as well as gifts.
After the demise of the founder, Lorranine, two people decided to grow the nurseries and continue her visions. They purchased the company in 2002 and they claim to stay committed to:
