Ingredients:
4 cups of cherry tomatoes, however grape tomatoes can also do just fine
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
0.5 teaspoon of kosher salt
¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking instruction:
1. Preheat the oven first until it reaches 425 degree Fahrenheit. This should be done before you start the other process so that you can save time.
2. Place the cherry tomatoes on the baking sheets. Drizzle the tomatoes with oil and vinegar. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
3. Toss the tomatoes using your finger to coat.
