You may have had some experiences in trying to create your own tomato sauce. It is not a difficult process but it is surely a process that requires lots of patient. The best tomato sauce is the one that was on the low fir for a long time as the flavor of tomatoes will slowly become more concentrated that they are reduced to a chucky and thick sauce. This sauce will have a lot of summer taste to it and only the perfect addition of extra flavors, the taste of the tomatoes as the star can really shine.
The tomato sauce is perfect to be enjoyed with so many other purposes. The best example would be for the Italian pasta. Have you ever eaten pasta without tomato sauce? How weird would that be? Well, there would be so many uses of tomato sauce that this has become an important part of the kitchen.

To make two cups, you will need to prepare these ingredients:
Olive oil
2 pounds of fresh tomatoes
8 peeled and minced cloves garlic
4 tablespoon of unsalted butter
Kosher salt
Black Pepper, freshly ground
Cooking instruction:
Heat the oven until it reaches 350 degree Fahrenheit.
Line a baking dish with the aluminum foil (you can choose not to do this because this is only to ease clean up process). Then spray with baking spray. Or you can uinstead choose to rub the baking dish with olive oil but make sure that it is rub ligtly.
Take the tomatoes and chop them roughly but evenly. Place them in the baking dish and make sure that they are lining in one single layer so that there will be no tomato on top of another.
Stir in the olive oil, minced garlic and also salt and pepper to taste. It is recommended to use 1 teaspoon of salt and black peper, the freshly ground ones to elevate the taste.
Next is to work on the butter. Cut it so that you will have small cubes of butter. Scatter the butter evenly on top of the tomatoes.
Bake the tomatoes for about 2 to 3 hours. This would be up to you. If you like the tomatoes a little bit brunt and blackened, then wait longer. But remember at this stage, the juice has been decreasing significantly. Another choice would be just enough until the tomatoes started to turn brownish and release their juices.
Enjoy!
