Bononcini Tomato Basil Salad
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation Method

Ingredients:
- 4 sliced large tomatoes
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 0.5 cup of fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (it is recommended to use Kraft)
- 0.5 cup of sun dried tomato vinaigrette dressing (it is recommended to use Kraft)

- Arrange the sliced tomatoes and onions on the platter. Add basil and sprinkle them with cheese
- Drizzle the ingredients on the plate with dressing and serve immediately while still fresh

- If you want to store the leftover salad or the leftover ingredients without spoiling them, then you can place several layers of paper towel and put them in a resalable plastic bag. Place the fresh ingredients inside the plastic bag and then seal it. Refrigerate the plastic bag until you are going to use the content.
