Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 to 1,3 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
0.5 teaspoon of ground allspice
1 can of tomato (use the 10 ounce one)
0.5 cup of vegetable oil or melted butter
2 large eggs
0.5 cup of water or milk (depending on your preference)

Cooking method:
Before you start to prepare everthing, preheat the oven first. Make sure it reaches 350 degrees fahrenheit and 325 degrees fahrenheit if you are using a glass pan or a dark pan.
Add all of the ingredients, except for the cream cheese icing in a large bowl
Whisk them properly until they are evenly mixed.
Pour the mixture to the pan and then once teh temperature of the oven is reached, then bake it.
Wait until 40 minutes or until the cake is done. You can check it by using a toothpick. Stick the tootchpick to a cake and then when it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Take the cake out of the oven and then leave it to cool on the wire rack.
Now you need to prepare the frosting and once the cake is cool, frost it.
