Ingredients for 4 servings:
3 chopped tomatoes
0.5 cup of finely diced onion
5 finely chopped Serrano chilies
0.5 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
A teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoon of lime juice
Stir everything together in a medium sized bowl until they mix properly than refrigerate it for an hour before serving. This means that you will need to prepare the food at least 3 hours before serving.
