The Cactus Kirkland is one of the Cactus restaurants available in the United States. It was founded in 1990 and since then there are already 5 Cactus restaurants in different areas in Seattle. They provide the traditional Mexican and Spanish cuisines, however they are also known to be one of the most innovative restaurants for the menus. They started a restaurant in the Madison Park. In this first restaurant they never stop to innovate with special and seasonal menus. They also create several nightly specials and the refreshing cocktails to make the dinner more special.
It was not until 12 years afterwards that the Cactus opened another restaurant, following the success of their first restaurant. The second restaurant is the one that is later known as the Kirkland Cactus. This restaurant is often described as one of the most romantic restaurant in the Eastside area of the town. It provides a great view of the Lake Washington. During the sunset times, visitors can enjoy the beauty of Seattle skyline. They can also watch the dramatic vie of the Olympic Mountains.
After the founding of the second restaurant that receive an immediate great response from the visitors that the Cactus realize how important it is to have their restaurants to be located so near to the dramatic views of water. Thus, the third one is also near water, although it is not exactly the same as the Cactus Kirkland as it is near a beach and not lake. The third Cactus is founded in the area of the Alki Beach, West Seattle.
This restaurant offer great view of the sea and also the sunset of Seattle. Making the restaurant a place where people come to enjoy the food as well as the atmosphere. And then in only a few years, the next two restaurants are built, with different concept and in different areas or in the middle of the town to provide the busy people of Seattle with a great choice of dining place.

Come at the right time to be able to enjoy the unforgetable sunsets that cannot be seen from all parts of the town.
