If you are in Pensacola or the nearest area, then you can choose either one of the Cactus Flower Cafe in the area, the one located in the 12th Ave in Pensacola and the one in HWY West. The 12th Ave is located in the 3425 North 12th Avenue. It opens on Mondays to Saturdays from 11.00 AM to 09.00 PM. It was first opened in 2001 to bring the most traditional Mexican dishes to the Pensacola. The HWY West is located in the 6881 West Highway 98 and it opens at 11.00 AM – 09.00 PM every Monday to Saturday and 12.00 PM to 08.00 PM on Sundays.
The owners and founders of the Cactus Flower Pensacola are Lee Kafeety and Joni DeRome. Lee was the original founder who built Cactus Flower Cafe. It was the 12th Ave Pensacola which was opened for the first time in 2001. She loves Mexican food as she had learnt the delicious taste of the food since she was young. She is, in fact a Mexican-American descendent although she was raised in California. She wanted to share her knowledge on the cuisines and she wants people to also fall in love with their taste that she had decided to open the Cactus Flower Cafe. Two years afterwards, Joni DeRome joined her. The food business is not new for her as she had started her business since she was 17. She fell in love with the Cactus Flower Cafe and decided that she wanted to be part of its journey.
