1 can of pineapple chunks or ripe fresh pineapple
1 minced herbanero pepper
4 chiffonade cut fresh mint leaves
1 cup of corn oil
2 large corn tortila
1 cup of white sugar and cinnamon mixture
The preparation method starts by combining pineapple chunks, mint leaves and habanero pepper. Afterwards, simmer the three ingredients for about 5 minutes or until it gives a good fragrant.
